About these terms

This website is operated by MTG GLOBAL LLC under the trading name Ellery & Vale. These terms explain the conditions for using our website and placing orders. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement or interference with its security or operation.

Products and availability

Product pages describe the options offered for each item. Colors can look different across devices and lighting conditions. Size labels can vary between styles; consult the Size Guide and the individual product information. Availability can change. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as accepted and will arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Prices and payment

Our store prices are in US dollars (USD). The order total, available payment methods and taxes or charges collected by us are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. Additional international import charges may be imposed by the destination authority or carrier as explained in the Shipping Policy. A payment authorization or automated order acknowledgment does not override an error or an inability to fulfill the order.

Orders, changes and errors

Check all order details before submitting. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellation. We can act on a request only while preparation or dispatch can still be stopped. We may need to correct an obvious pricing or description error, verify an order or refuse an order for a legitimate reason such as suspected fraud. If an accepted order cannot proceed, we will contact you and return any payment that should be refunded.

Delivery and returns

Standard Shipping is free without a minimum purchase for available destinations. Estimated transit is 5–8 business days after dispatch, separate from preparation time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The Shipping Policy provides further details. Our Return & Refund Policy allows return requests within 30 days of delivery and explains conditions, costs and refund handling.

Website content and external services

Website text, graphics and other content may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for its intended shopping and informational purposes; other reproduction or commercial reuse requires the rights holder's permission. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; the seller of items offered by Ellery & Vale is MTG GLOBAL LLC.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We take reasonable care with the store but cannot promise uninterrupted website availability or that every technical issue will be prevented. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future use of the website. The version applicable to an order will be the version in effect when that order was placed, subject to applicable law.
